I started at this company in the beginning of my last semester of MSc. As an IT Project manager I was involved in the development and management of the Information Systems of this international Telecom Company, managing internal and external engineering teams. I was responsible for a diverse range of projects, starting from the operational-level systems at the bottom of the IS pyramid up to strategic-level information systems. At the same time I was responsible for the Technical and Business analysis of the customer requests that evolved into the projects with budgets from 5000 USD up to 150000 USD. One of them was HR and Payroll solution development using MS Dynamics AX platform for the organization with over 800employees. Having concurrently managed up to 7 projects, I proved to be able to handle stress and to successfully achieve the defined aims. Certain projects execution time frames were up to 9 months. I was responsible for the full life cycle of the incoming business requests management, starting from the analysis and development of the business case to conducting the post implementation review. Having good technical competence, I also took a responsibility of the technical analysis conduction and in co-operation with the IT architecture and the Head of the Development department, applied the most optimal technical solution taking into consideration the corporate IT Strategy and a certain specific requirements of particular business request.

Description: I started in Accenture AG in the semester break during my Master’s degree, initially being assigned to project for German governmental institution. After a quick integration into the team, playing a role of Quality Assurance engineer, we successfully delivered a high quality product within strict deadlines. Performance was one of the most critical factors in this project, due to massive amount of data and large number of interconnected systems, causing serious system load. Trying to maximize performance and optimize the process of testing, I was the first QA Engineer who introduced an automated testing which resulted in our team's workload decrease of 20%
