Responsibilities: •Developing internal processes/workflows of RAN planning and optimization Unit (RNPO) Managing RNPO Unit (20 people) and Coaching the local unit head •Start-up of 3G network (HSPA+) - 250+ sites •Planning 1000+ 2G sites in hard-to-reach regions (mountain area) •Coordination activities and supervision work of contractors, vendors in the projects: the roll-out 2G/3G (1000 sites), the swap (200 sites) and the RAN optimization (300 sites) Achievements: •Design RAN - maintain growth 500% of Broadband services •Preparation and evaluation of number high-value tenders for GSM Infrastructure, Equipment and Services •Maintaining and improving the network quality; support growth of the subscriber DB on 3M subs within 1.5 year.

Responsibilities: •Recruiting, Training and Coaching the RAN planning and optimization team, Roll-out team, Performance and quality team (total 25 people) •Coordination activities and supervision contractors and vendors – start-ups of the network(350 sites) Achievements: •Setting up the company and starting the network from scratch – member of the start-up team •Establishment processes/workflows of RAN planning and optimization activities.

Responsibilities: •Managing the RF planning team (7 people); •Monitoring the RAN performance statistic and Improving the quality (KPIs); Coordination the RAN optimization tasks; •Planning and design RAN: HW configurations and SW parameters, BSS features setting; •Carrying task related to RF planning and tuning/optimization of the RAN (1600+ sites). Achievements: •Participation in successful deployment of the first 3G network in Belarus; •Participation in Swap project (300+ sites); •Carrying tasks of RF design and tuning the major city - Minsk (200+ sites).

Responsibilities: •Performing and post analyzing the drive tests on city and cluster levels; troubleshooting the network problems; •Tuning settings/configurations of HW installed at site (BTS, antennas, MW and etc); •Customer complaints handling. Achievements: •Comprehensive study of vendor’s solutions and algorithm for Locating (HCS, HO, traffic shifting and etc.) •Design an indoor solution (repeaters) in the VIP locations (5 projects).
