- Strategic management of the Guest Pass Service of one of the Olympic/Paralympic Villages - Control of the infrastructural readiness and information systems of the Guest Pass Centers, quality control, reporting - Ensuring the smooth operation of the Guest Pass Centers during the Games Time: recruiting, scheduling, developing and conducting training, redeployment, if necessary, to ensure a cohesive team work - Resolving any open issues associated with guest passes - the identification and resolution of customer issues at the Games in time - Managing the interaction with internal departments of the Organizing Committee - to develop effective relationships with key parties involved (Workforce, Marketing, Protocol, Accreditation, NOC/NPC Services, Press&Broadcasting)

- Checking in /out individual guests and groups of up to 400 people - Receiving payments in cash /credit cards, closing direct billing accounts - Making reservations, registrations of foreign guests - Resolving complains, drafting and sending emails, answering the phone - Advising on the city attractions, dealing with all kinds of guests’ inquiries - Assisting Service Managers and Front Office Manager in daily tasks, helping in organization of corporate events
