Tasks: - Managing of the Use Permit team - Managing of the designers - Preparation of the QA/QC documentation for final handover - Developing of the handover document archive system - Negotiations with contractors concerning QA/QC documentation - Negotiations with local authorities (receiving of the Building permit and receiving of the Use permit) - Handover procedure to Client and local authorities (including Fire Marshal, Municipalities, Work Inspection etc)

- Coordination and managing of the design, supervisor and contractor companies - Managing of the site meetings - Monitoring and reports of the time schedule, - Monitoring and reports of the cash flows - Managing site supervision team - Developing of the quality assurance and quality control system - Developing of the site document archive system - Negotiations with local authorities (receiving of the building permit and receiving of the operation permit) - Quality control activities - Quality supervision on site - Commissioning of the works
