Full management and strategic development of Total Production Maintenance process (including heavy lifts, dangerous production units);
Organization of equipment uninterrupted operations by planned repairs and optimization of emergency repair processes management in 24/7 mode;
Ensure KPI achievement (Availability, Scrap and MTTR, MTBF for critical equipment);
Provide availability of spare parts and technical documentation for the equipment using advanced planning methods;
Budgeting & control of operational costs, capital expenditures;
Staff management (30+)
Development of outsource services;
Continues Improvement activity, RBM & RCA methods development
Higher technical degree;
Lean management knowledge, related to technical equipment (TPM, 5S, Near miss & etc.);
Minimum 5 years of maintenance or engineering experience in manufacturing company;
Minimum 3 years of technical team maintenance.
